WORK SHIFT

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION PERFORMED

1. Maintains and updates spreadsheets analyzing data to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
2. Ensures leads generated from marketing campaigns are handed off to the appropriate team.
3. Helps coordinate communications with outside vendors including web programmers and designers.
4. Assists in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows.
5. Assists with communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials.
6. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Education equivalent to a High School Diploma and one year of previous marketing experience.
* Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others, verbally and in writing.

COMMENTS

Infectious Control Risk Category III:

The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category III states employment and procedures that do not require exposure.
