What We DoFirst American Title is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This key role will own the development, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, including digital marketing, traditional marketing, content strategy, and account-based marketing (ABM), while closely collaborating with marketing, sales and product teams to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for innovation and the ability to create and deliver effective campaigns targeting key customer segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Generation Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to increase pipeline and drive sales growth for First American Title.
  • Align marketing programs with the sales funnel to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Identify, segment, and target key audiences to maximize campaign ROI.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and ABM. Optimize organic lead generation tactics, leveraging SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
  • Develop and execute nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales cycle.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with marketing and sales to create demand generation programs aligned with attributed revenue goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and content/creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including white papers, case studies, videos, and landing pages.
  • Support sales enablement by delivering targeted content and tools to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain content/campaign calendar to maximize demand generation while avoiding collision with divisional strategies, events, comms, etc.

Performance Measurement

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline revenue.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to track, measure, and optimize demand generation efforts.
  • Continuously refine programs based on data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Test and scale new lead generation channels, tools, and tactics to expand opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing, ABM, content marketing, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration with leaders and employees at all levels of the company.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Reporting to the VP of Divisional Marketing, this role is hybrid 3 days per week in our Santa Ana corporate headquarters.

The pay range for this role is $95,350.00- $127,125.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
