- Individual Contributor in charge of performing, within their area of technological specification, tasks in the manufacturing process by the manufacturing documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available (including conventional or digital machine tools), and inspecting their work.
- Performs Manufacturing operations using the associated documentation and the time allocated, using available resources.
- Responsible for complex work and rework at the unit and component level.
- Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources, and procedures.
- Bring support to the operators.
- Initializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around their area.
- Performs final inspection duties when requested by drawings, EOs, and any other regulatory requirement about the product.
- Performs, under delegation, the control operations after manufacturing.
- Review the cause/root analysis and propose the first proposals for quality notification (QN) actions.
- Inspect components, assemblies, and laboratory test setups by design drawings or test procedures based on the guidelines or drawings provided.
- Technician performing complex work needing a high level of technicality in one domain and able to take the initiative in choosing and implementing suitable methods, resources, and procedures, applying a broad knowledge of the concerned domain.
- Check and alert on problems relative to existing methods, tools, and techniques toward the Manager.
- Reach objectives and deliver results that have a mid-and long-term direct impact on the overall results of the production unit/function.
- Explain facts and practices and deploy policies to others within the production areas in the domains and techniques relative to the concerned perimeter.
- Confirm all QN transactions are complete and closed.
- Confirm all QN tasks have been completed and signed.
- Confirm all elements of the QN have been completed and signed.
- Liaise with internal and external customers for product release activities.
- Update various reports/whiteboards with escalations.
- Liaise with RMA Team Leaders and operators on quality issue resolution.
- Review and report any discrepancies in Manufacturing process documentation to Production Team Leaders.
- Raise NCs and CARs as necessary on non-conforming products/processes.
- Ensure build standards are maintained, and the necessary documentation is maintained.
- Prepare and distribute quality reports, tracking charts, and documents as necessary.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control department.
- Minimum of 3 years experience using mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales).
- Minimum of 3 years experience reading two-dimensional drawings to create article inspection reports.
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing process audits and assessments.
- Minimum of 3 years of electronic/mechanical assembly experience and dealing with drawing and manufacturing assembly instructions.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Has performed process or quality system audits
- Manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
