Serving clients across the government, education, and commercial sectors, our client is known for crafting custom IT solutions in collaboration with major technology providers. They're
currently seeking an Order Management Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team in Pequot Lakes, MN.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.25 - $25.75/hour

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing and managing both sales and purchase orders, entering and tracking orders, and coordinating product shipments to ensure timely delivery. You'll handle invoicing, manage post-sales support such as RMAs, returns, and credits, and maintain accurate customer records. Additionally, you'll provide regular reporting to support the team and ensure a smooth, efficient order management process from start to finish.

What You Bring:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support or order management
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required
  • Strong computer skills and accurate keyboarding
  • Prior experience in sales order processing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
