Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay rate: $17 - $20/hr.

Essential Tasks:

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of electronic billing accounts, including monitoring, tracking, reporting, and resolving disputes. It involves daily oversight of electronic billing portals, focusing on invoice entry, approvals, disputes, and missing records. The role also collaborates closely with the billing and collections teams to ensure timely invoice processing and efficient dispute resolution.

Qualifications:



  • 1 year working in collections and EDI Billing.
  • High degree of proficiency in customer service.
  • Experience working in EDI (electronic portals) such as ARIBA, open invoice, Coupa, DocVue, and OGsys.
