What you will do: The Sales Manager partners closely with senior Sales leadership to manage the sales of our Fishing products within the assigned geographic area or accounts, leveraging deep industry knowledge, and fostering strong client relationships. The person in this role ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through effective program planning and oversight of independent reps and dealers.
