How You'll Make an Impact

  • Define and implement quality strategies and measurable targets in engineering processes.
  • Drive deployment of strategies across engineering design and platform teams.
  • Monitor progress and report on quality strategy implementation.
  • Develop and execute quality improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and compliance reviews.
  • Lead assessments to enhance product and process standards while minimizing errors.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives to bolster quality performance across teams.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure international compliance standards are met.

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or quality management, with 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in implementing quality methodologies like FMEA, DFA, DFM, and Critical to Quality Design.
  • Strong analytical skills to utilize data for quality enhancements.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with practical application experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
