Qualifications Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree with major course work in municipal or school planning or a closely related field. One (1) year of experince in planning. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Knowledge of the theory of urban and/or school planning. Knowledge of engineering drawing and graphic illustration. Ability to collect and compile research data. Ability to prepare reports. Ability to meet and deal with the public. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
