This role is responsible for executing essential functions that support the Claims Department. This individual with work closely with internal and external customers to investigate, examine & resolve a variety of claims related tasks, escalating complex situations to higher level. Effective communication & a comprehensive understanding of industry guidelines, as well as state & federal insurance claim regulations is key. The individual will also navigate through various Claims systems to complete daily tasks.What you'll do:
