This role is responsible for executing essential functions that support the Claims Department. This individual with work closely with internal and external customers to investigate, examine & resolve a variety of claims related tasks, escalating complex situations to higher level. Effective communication & a comprehensive understanding of industry guidelines, as well as state & federal insurance claim regulations is key. The individual will also navigate through various Claims systems to complete daily tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to investigate & resolve claims inquiries.
  • Records information into Claims systems to ensure proper documentation.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of applicable federal, state, & industry laws & helps ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Responds to inquires from internal & external customer via various means of communication.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams & external customers.
  • Ability to navigate through various Claims systems.
  • Participates in projects, as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • High School Diploma + 2 years' experience.
