The Job The Manager of Corporate Strategy will play an active role in developing and driving SCAN's enterprise-level strategy. This individual will lead project teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation, as well as business unit strategies. They will play a key role in driving innovation and organizational change, ensuring that the organization's strategies align with its overall goals and objectives. As part of the corporate strategy team, which sits in the CEO office, this role will work on some of the most pressing problems in the company. You Will Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with SCAN's overall goals and objectives. Lead project teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and executed effectively. Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic opportunities and challenges. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Track and manage the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives. Your Qualifications
