Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing product lines
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product positioning and messaging.
* Enable cross-functional execution of go-to-market plans, including product launches, digital campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives.
* Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to define marketing requirements and value propositions.

Branding & Demand Generation

* Drive brand awareness and demand generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, trade shows, webinars, and print).
* Develop content marketing strategies, including white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
* Oversee website optimization, SEO, and digital advertising efforts.

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
* Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing materials, sales training tools, and promotional campaigns.
* Develop targeted messaging and collateral to support the sales process.
* Collaborate with clinical marketing team to support customer education initiatives, including webinars, training programs, and key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships.

Market Research & Data Analytics

* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the medical device industry.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the medical device industry (Nuclear Medicine or Radiopharma highly preferred)
* Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies in a regulated industry.
* Experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
* Strong understanding of FDA regulations, reimbursement strategies, and healthcare provider marketing.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
