Job Description The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, acknowledging, and implementing core alerts, compliance initiatives, associated messaging, and pricing updates for our core processing partners and channels. Their role will involve reviewing and distributing general communications to impacted departments, implementing messaging across processor channels, and corresponding with appropriate management, teams, merchants' banks, and processors to resolve compliance-related concerns. Additionally, they will handle statement messaging and fee implementations related to bank and processor recommendations and requirements, as well as perform corresponding pricing and implementation audits. This person will report to the Operational Compliance Supervisor and SVP of Operations. Their team and direct supervisor will act as primary liaisons between finance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth, functional, and compliant operations. Required Skills * Compliance * Risk management * Pricing analysis * Audit and audit analysis * TSYS * Quality assurance and quality management * Merchant services Top Skills Details * Compliance * Risk management * Pricing analysis * Audit and audit analysis * TSYS Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications: * TSYS experience is a huge plus! * 5 years of experience in ISO, Merchant, and FinTech industries * Knowledge of firmware updates, software loads, and remote troubleshooting skills preferred * Experience working in CRM/Software Ticketing programs preferred * Experience with reporting and content creation * Audit experience * Industry and platform pricing knowledge and experience * Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc. * Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills * Organizational skills, attention to detail, independence, and decision-making abilities for prioritizing tasks * Experience in a fast-paced office environment * Ability to interact with various departments throughout the organization * Team player mentality * Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily tasks; time-management is key * Positive attitude, professional work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and excellent verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask * Project management skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
