The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $35.00 to $39.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in This Role Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication. Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures. Apply electrical test equipment to diagnose and fix electrical circuitry issues. Build and close work orders in the asset management system, ensuring accurate data entry for labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used. Address conveyance problems, determining and implementing the vital resources for resolution. Locate and supervise the spare parts' inventory. Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specified standards. Assist in training customers to operate equipment. Respond to service calls, resolving equipment failures and faults promptly. Identify and tackle problems as they occur, taking appropriate steps to resolve them. What We Are Looking For High School diploma or equivalent experience required. An Associate's degree or vocational technical training is helpful, with niche skill training/certification being an added advantage. Proven senior-level knowledge with 5-7 years of experience in a technical or specialty area. Confirmed experience in the area of responsibility with successful demonstration of key tasks as outlined. Ability to maintain professional communications with onsite customer leadership, Dematic leadership, and technicians, both through email and in-person. Experience in leading projects, teams, and advising day-to-day operations and tasks to the onsite maintenance team. Capability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds each. Regularly engage in bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds. Ability to safely climb ladders and gangways without limitation. Ability to work in cramped spaces, with dust, fumes, noise, and standing on concrete.
