We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our foundational data platforms -Data Ocean (our next-gen Data Lakehouse) and Databricks platform. These platforms are used by a wide range of personas across Playstation - including data engineers, analysts, machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product teams - and are critical to enabling data-driven decision-making, AI/ML, and scalable insights across the PlayStation ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a talented engineering team focused on building secure, performant, and scalable next gen platforms. You'll partner closely with platform product managers, Data Engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams to ensure the platform evolves to meet PlayStation's growing data needs.
