This position is fully remote.

The pay range for this role is $86,031 - $98,936 annually.

Summary

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources information in the HR Information System (HRIS). You will provide administrative and technical support for the agency, be responsible for data input & integrity, and testing of system changes. You will maintain and create routine and ad-hoc reports and will analyze HR data.

Primary Duties



  • Designs and maintains the HRIS in support of the agency's data management and reporting needs.
  • Creates and maintains standard and ad hoc reports to support agency operations and performance, based on the requestor's specifications.
  • Manages data integrity and maintains the agency's system by following best practices for updating, validating, and correcting HR data, and by performing internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data.
  • Provides technical, operations, and training support to end users through documentation of processes, and delivering end user training in an understandable context for all levels of user.
  • Communicates to relevant parties regarding changes in business requirements, enhancements, or production issues that arise.
  • Researches, identifies, and resolves root causes for data problems such as system limitations or design, user error, or lack of standard procedures for accurate ongoing administration of HRIS systems and reports.
  • Collaborates with internal divisions and departments including Whole Person Care, IT, Quality and Innovation, and Finance.
  • Ensures the prompt response to user requests, including the production and distribution of HRIS reports.
  • Acts as the liaison between UKG, outside vendors and internal IT for building reports used for API and/or automation of workflows.
  • Identify and provide recommendations to improve utilization, increase efficiencies and streamline workflow, and workflow of various application and systems.
  • Coordinates use/support of HRIS including managing tasks and schedules, vendor coordination, user interface, system testing and data standardization.
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS and increases knowledge through HRIS education opportunities.
  • Ensures security and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the agency's information security policies.



Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in human resources, specializing in HRIS administration.
  • Proficient in UKG software suite.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll processes and data, an understanding of HRIS database concepts, and experience creating queries and reports.
  • Adept at project scheduling, handling complex issues.
  • Possess high analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be familiar with the full life cycle development process including significant experience interacting with users, designing and compiling detail specifications. based on user requirements, role design and development, testing and implementation.
  • Knowledge of employment law, current HR legislation and trends, principles and processes related to compensation, technology and HR metrics.
  • Advanced organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments on projects that involve contributions and responsibilities of individuals outside of HR, such as IT and Quality and Innovation.
  • Must have good judgment with a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex data for a variety of audiences.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced application knowledge of HRIS delivered functionality (User Profiles, Roles, Permission List, Portal Security etc.) to maximize features and functionality in support of identified employee requirements.
