Vaco has an immediately need for Five (5) IT Support Analysts for contract engagements through the end of the year with possible extensions. We are looking for those with at least two years of technical support experience that can assist field engineers with software upgrades to POS devices and surrounding equipment. This role requires both English and French proficiency as you will be supporting customers through the United States and Canada. You will be supporting the execution of software releases and configuration changes, maintenance builds, new builds, and support of these activities. You will be responsible for supporting change management to all operational areas of the stores as well as software implementation/deployment per leadership direction. We are looking to speak with qualified candidates immediately as this project will be starting on May 5th.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and provide support of software and technology around retails systems. This will include:
    • Receiving requests for technical support around the retail systems via email and phone and work as a goal of first call resolution
    • Tracking steps taken towards resolution and apply knowledge to analyze and resolve new issues as they arise for Retail Systems
    • Add to the team knowledge base through sharing of information and contributions to the improvement of documentation and processes
  • Utilize tools, knowledge, and skills to verify correct configurations of to, corporate networks and equipment in accordance with company standards
Position Requirements:
  • Familiarity with software deployments, upgrades, etc. Bonus if you know SCCM or similar deployment tools.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to follow establish process and follow up schedule.
  • Ability to interpret documents, technical and operating instructions, and procedural manuals into knowledgeable actions
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution, organizational and time management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills and customer focus, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to excel in a team first environment
  • Self-starter, ability to operate and execute with limited supervision
  • Must be bi-lingual with English and French proficiency. This role will be supporting 1,500 client locations across N. America.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
