Position Title: Senior Manager, Global Benefits / Director, Global Benefits Location: US based, East Coast preferable. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Global Benefits / Director, Global Benefits to drive the development, execution, and management of our global benefits programs across the Americas (U.S. and Canada), EMEA, and APJ regions. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of HR and responsible for ensuring our benefits offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant across 20+ countries. You'll oversee our global benefits strategy, lead annual renewals, manage budgets, and spearhead wellness initiatives. This role involves close partnership with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure flawless delivery and administration of benefits programs aligned with local market practices. What you will do
Develop and Lead Global Benefits Strategy
Design and execute a forward-looking benefits strategy aligned with company goals and evolving employee needs across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions. Ensure benefits offerings reflect local market trends while maintaining global consistency where possible. What makes you an ideal candidate
