*Job Title: Customer Service Representative* *Job Description* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage order-related activities and provide exceptional customer support. This role involves processing orders, maintaining customer databases, and addressing inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities* * Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer base including order processing, shipping schedule, invoicing, and post-delivery support. * Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer. * Create and follow up on customer quotes as needed. * Update and maintain customer account information databases. * Be available to answer questions from customers or other departments. * Work on software orders and complex resources for a set portfolio of customers. * Participate in project teams as assigned. *Essential Skills* * 3+ years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using resources to research issues and handle complex customer inquiries. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in processing orders, data entry, and using Excel. * Skills in inbound troubleshooting, customer service, and help desk support. * Experience in complex customer resolution. *Why Work Here?* Join our team and enjoy full benefits upon becoming a permanent employee, including profit sharing, 401k matching, fully paid healthcare for you and your dependents, PPO, vision, and dental coverage. The team consists of 10 representatives and 1 lead. The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the dress code is business casual. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of REDLANDS, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
