Accounting Clerk

Pay: $16-$20 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be a vital part of the financial team, supporting day-to-day operations within the distribution center. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and records.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, billing statements, and payment schedules
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer collections and follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software
• Organize and file financial documents including invoices and receipts
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Perform account reconciliations and support general accounting tasks

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, A/R, A/P, general ledger, or data entry (distribution or logistics experience a plus)
• Proficient in accounting software with strong Excel skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
