Shipper/Receiver

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver with experience in international shipping under ITAR regulations and domestic shipping using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely shipments to customers worldwide. Apply today we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process all domestic shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
• Handle all international shipments, ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other export regulations
• Create and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing slips, and export declarations
• Verify outgoing shipments against purchase orders or packing lists
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and ensure accuracy against packing slips
• Organize and maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment status
• Ensure packaging meets product and regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments for auditing purposes
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including stocking, inventory, and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and international shipping documentation
• Proficient in UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Understanding of customs documentation and HS codes is a plus
