Position Summary

Human Resources Business Partner with New York University (New York, NY). Serve as strategic HR lead for client leadership across global academic, administrative, professional, and support staff clients across academic centers and institutes. Requires three (3) years of experience as a Human Resources Manager / Coordinator or closely related job/title/occupation at a college or university. Experience must include the following: Acting as a human resources business partner for college/university divisions; serving as a consultant to education administrators on HR matters; Leading and implementing new HR programs and policies; Planning and coordinating hiring activities; Advising and developing solutions for compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements; and applying Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve work processes of human resources units. Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $168,997.40. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
