Engagement Delivery Lead Location - Sunnyvale, CA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience in Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful delivery of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a hybrid model during day shifts. No travel is required. Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of multiple projects ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards. * Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion. * Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Ensure effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and senior management. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. * Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency. * Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards. * Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery. * Utilize technical expertise in Delivery Management to solve complex project challenges. * Drive the achievement of project goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in Delivery Management demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery. * Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams. * Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. * Demonstrate proficiency in managing project timelines budgets and resources. * Show expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies. * Have a deep understanding of best practices in project delivery and continuous improvement. * Be adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. * Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. * Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex project challenges. * Be familiar with compliance requirements and quality standards in project delivery. * Show the ability to prepare and present detailed project status reports. * Demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with other departments for seamless project integration. Certifications Required PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ITIL Certification Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted till April 30th. The annual salary for this position is between $104,850.00 to $166,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
