The Engineering COO Office's Portfolio, Strategy, and Management (PSM) Pillar partners with engineering teams across the firm to drive strategic execution of engineering priorities. Our team is responsible for designing and implementing governance mechanisms (i.e., Working Backwards), technology solutions, and best practices that will support the firm's engineering strategic themes to further enhance clients' experience and the firm's operational efficiency. ABOUT THE JOB As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will work cross-functionally to help drive projects and programs covering working backwards mechanisms to ensure that our services scale to meet diverse client requirements. You will work backwards from the client to solve technical challenges. You will be responsible for coordinating with program leads on all aspects of a technical program's life cycles to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. This role offers a high-profile opportunity to lead projects which involve partnership with multiple businesses within the firm as well as engineering leadership.
