We are looking for a Corporate Concierge to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Corporate Concierge, you will be the face and voice of Element, performing a broad range of administrative duties for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate must collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and commit to open communication and mutual respect in a positive team environment. There will be a high level of visibility in this role and exposure to key leaders in the organization. Your background and experience in a corporate concierge role or similar will set you up for success within this opportunity!

A Day in the Life

  • Front-line ambassador for Element - handles day to day office operations and maintaining best-in-class working environment located at the main entry concierge desk
  • Act as the first impression, main point of contact and knowledge of our office for internal employees, external clients, and visitors
  • Plan and/or assist in executing events that drive employee engagement, morale and company culture as well as provide ongoing support for sponsor events hosted on site
  • Assist team in room setups for meetings and events
  • Provide timely communications to employees regarding pivotal events, building related issues, and general facility information
  • Liaise with building staff for security, maintenance, cleaning, and other office related matters
  • Ensure compliance with office policies such as access control and visitor process
  • Manage vendor service levels including caterers, snack and beverage vendors, and others as necessary
  • Purchase supplies, invoice processing and reconciling costs as necessary
  • Ensure conference rooms and break/shared areas are tidy, stocked with supplies and ready for the next session
  • Welcome new employees and assist with first-day tasks such as security access cards and office tours
  • Coordinate office requests and desk moves through ticketing system and reservation software
  • Other administrative and reception duties as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, post secondary degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, facility, event, or vendor management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast pace corporate environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to working independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
