Maintenance and Repair Tech II

The Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a Maintenance and Repair Technician II. This position performs preventative maintenance, repairs and service work on machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools, and buildings of the College of Veterinary Medicine complex including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical support. Coordinates with other technicians and trades employees to diagnose problems and refers issues requiring specialized training.

This position is on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or certificate in a building trade.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
