Position Summary We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Designer to develop compelling content across our marketing channels, and maintain our visual identity across our fleet, stores and other branded assets. As a key member of our team, you will create, refine, and optimize content that effectively communicates our brand message, engages our target audiences, and supports our business objectives. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent writing skills, design sensibility, and a passion for crafting impactful content experiences. Essential Functions Develop engaging content for various platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand product offerings and create content that addresses customer needs Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content assets Design and produce visual content including infographics, presentations, and digital assets Maintain visual brand identity across fleet vehicles, stationary assets, and store locations Optimize content for search engines and user experience Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content design and marketing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or related field 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, design, and video production capabilities Experience with video production equipment and techniques Proficiency in content management systems (particularly WordPress) and design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro Experience with SEO best practices and content strategy development Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those than an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing this job, the employee must sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard reach, stoop, and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Travel Occasional travel may be needed Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position, on-site and eligible for a flex remote day after 90 days of employment. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the \"core\" work hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm.
