New Goods Inventory Stock Clerk - $16.00 - Norcross

Job Summary:

Maintains control of all new goods inventory and compiles inventory data to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.

Essential Functions:

• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Monitors and documents inventory levels including but not limited to shortages and/or damages on incoming inventory
• Track orders and process incoming new goods orders accurately to ensure timely delivery/fulfillment of store requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and a high level of safety in the warehouse
• Ability to travel to store locations to assist with merchandising as needed
• Assist with reporting inventory levels of individual product SKUs
• Comply with the Goodwill of North Georgia International Organization for Standardization process (ISO - Quality Management System) and the agency's safety and security policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Effective interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:

• Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes
• Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold and dust.
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
