Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Marketing team working out of our Phoenix, AZ office. The Marketing Manager will directly supervise the proposal staff and marketing efforts in Arizona, providing leadership and strategic direction for growth. This role will support multiple disciplines across a geographical region, overseeing the development of proposals and statements of qualifications, and playing a key role in major pursuit efforts. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with proposal staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of materials from inception through final delivery, in alignment with RFP requirements. In addition, this individual will serve as a strategic partner to the broader corporate marketing team-contributing to firmwide marketing initiatives, sharing best practices, and ensuring regional efforts are aligned with overarching brand and business development goals. By maintaining strong connections with corporate marketing leadership, this role will help drive consistency, innovation, and impact across all marketing activities within the region.
