Security Professional - Logistics Patrol

As a Security Professional - Logistics Patrol in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Officer in the logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license as per AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your ability to communicate clearly and use technology such as computers or tablets will be beneficial in this role.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.
• Assist in maintaining a visible presence to help deter potential security-related incidents.
• Communicate with team members and management to report any unusual activities or incidents.
• Support the logistics and distribution operations by following all security protocols.
• Engage with employees and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required as per AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
