Job Summary: Provide dedicated support to group clients for all lodging requests or needs. Manage all systems related to group bookings.
Hourly:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Base hourly pay range: $20.54 - $26.71per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned:
- Builds all group rate packages in SMS and Inntopia. Rate configuration, policy uploading, room inventory management in SMS and Inntopia.
- Work with the Conference Planning Managers and direct contact with Group Clients with group rooming lists, reservation changes, and group billing - according to contract and email history.
- Work with Conference Planning Managers on logistics of group and needs of group in terms of specific reservation requests.
- Send out rooming lists and periodic email templates or pick up reports to meeting planners.
- Enter all rooming lists for groups in a timely manner. Work directly with corporate meeting planners on their rooming list questions.
- Hard block and assign all group and FIT bookings weekly.
- Review group blocks for cutoff date extensions, and ensuring the group blocks are created and monitored correctly prior, during, and post the groups dates.
- Attend weekly group pick-up meetings with Sales and Planning Department
- Run group arrivals lists daily for future arrival dates, and no-show reports. Follow up with planners on no-shows.
- Set up travel agents when needed for new meeting planners with IATA numbers.
- Check for group reservation errors - and contact caller of the reservation or group contact accordingly to obtain and verify information.
- Work with Sales Team on SMS Group Builds, oversells and Contracts
- Attend weekly group pick-up meetings with Sales and Planning Department
- Deliver all group amenities to rooms when ready
- On site contact when large rooming list groups arrive.
- Review billing and make billing transfers on day of departure for all mater billed groups to insure all is balanced after check out.
- Maintains a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Provide customers with top quality customer service in a friendly and positive manner.
- Ability to prioritize effectively; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Required:
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well under stressful situation

- Excellent writing skills including memos, guest correspondences, professional business letters
- Strong sense of customer service & safety awareness
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards
- Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time
- Work well as part of a team.
- Computer experience necessary, must be highly proficient with all window applications and Microsoft excel; formatting, formulas, report analysis.
- Must be comfortable working in Excel.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of lodging experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
- Associate's Degree in related field
- Exposure to SMS, Delphi

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
