Job Description: Seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls regarding customer orders, asking for updates, and troubleshooting issues over the phone. You will also follow up with customers through outbound calls and emails, assist the sales team with processing contracts and invoices, and handle various projects. Typical call volume is 40-50 calls per day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: * 1+ year of customer service experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook * Ability to type 45 words per minute. * Strong critical thinking skills. Work Environment: * Smaller office with 1 Manager, 1 Supervisor, 1 Customer Care Rep, 6 CSRs, and 2 Admins. * Training will be about a month before jumping on the phones, including workbook training, shadowing, and chairing up. * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm or 7:30am - 5:00pm (45 hours per week, 30-minute lunch) If you are a dedicated professional with customer service experience and strong critical thinking skills, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
