Baker Operator Shift: 2nd, (1:45pm-10:15pm) *Pay: $17 (Based on Experience)* Job Description: Set up and operate bakery production lines according to set specifications Conduct tests and quality checks as required Perform equipment inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting Record data for traceability, including lot numbers and production metrics Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas Complete changeovers between product runs Follow all company safety and food safety procedures Report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor Assist with other duties as assigned by management
