Performance Health is seeking a Capital Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Capital Equipment quote & order processes. In this position, you will be the project manager assigned a specific set of customers for the Capital Equipment business. You will be managing and coordinating requests from initial inquiry through quoting, order placement, scheduling of consolidated delivery, and final invoicing. You will be expected to deliver a prominent level of professional customer service, while sustaining and developing effective customer, third party & internal relationships.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Able to effectively follow processes, utilize system tools necessary for quoting and order management execution
  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of product and service offering
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries within 24 hours
  • Proven ability to organize and manage time effectively, balancing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ensure scheduling, coordination, and billing of equipment orders and installation appointments, while proactively managing timelines, communication updates to stakeholders, and addressing any potential delays or issues
  • Professionally and effectively communicates with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders
  • Complete all quotes, orders, and delivery tasks as directed by customers and internal stakeholders (primarily Sales) throughout project management
  • Upholds and enforces company standards such as pricing, service fees, and customer information requirements
  • Weekly updates of all assigned projects in system portal to maintain flow of execution and seamless process
  • Follow standard workflow while taking actions necessary to exceed customer expectations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of previous experience working in a customer-focused environment delivering end to end customer service including quote and order management, service and shipping coordination, delivery specifications, and billing
  • Demonstrated ability to fully leverage ERP & CRM systems to execute workflows, process transactions, and manage projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Actively listens and demonstrates understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; including overnight travel

  • This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $22.00 - $23.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
