Position Summary
Responsible to providing solutions to technical support team on issues related to development, design, and testing code integrated into software products. Specific duties include the following:
Provide technical resolutions to customer issues; Support and troubleshoot customer and employee technical issues to determine if the problem is hardware, software, or procedural; Provide functional and technical support for use of business applications; Walk customers through complex problem solving processes; Document in detail customer interactions while routing and redirecting problems to most appropriate resources; Escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate resources for follow-ups to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction; Follow up with customers and provide regular updates and ensure technical issues are resolved; Attend continuing education courses to stay abreast of technology advancements; Maintain a thorough understanding of product methodology and functionality of the systems; Provide excellent customer service through skillset, work with customers to resolve difficult issues; Recommend procedure modifications or improvements; Reserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services; Utilize technical knowledge to write and complete software tasks and projects; Review new technologies and incorporate them into new systems and products; Test, integrate, write, troubleshoot, and debug software applications on client sites; Responsible for the architecture and implementation of critical software components and games; Use company standards and apply design principals and patterns to develop robust software; Work closely with other engineers to provide guidance and assistance in the areas of software architecture, coding standards, and system related issues; Act as team mentor in a multi-person development team; and Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure project work is aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or foreign equivalent) or related field. Five years' experience in the job offered or as an or as Associate Software Analyst, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Advanced Software Engineer or any combination thereof. Must have 5 years of experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in:
Application Development Tool: Microsoft Visual Studio 2021,2019, 2015,2012,2008 Database Development: Microsoft SQL server 2016, 2019, 2012, 2008 Scripting Technologies: JQuery, Angular JS, React JS Web Technologies: ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC code, Web API Dot Net Core Change Management Tool: Perforce Experience in Casino Gaming Loyalty
