We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to support our Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA 274). The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in program management, with a focus on managing complex projects related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating communication across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring alignment on program objectives, schedules, budgets, performance, and risk management.

Duties:



  • Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate and assess program and project objectives, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Monitor and assess program risks and performance to ensure the effective and timely delivery of project goals.
  • Track and report program/project status, including budgets, schedules, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with government processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Perform management, technical, and business case analyses to support decision-making and program execution.
  • Collaborate with multiple IPTs, facilitating communication and addressing issues related to cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Coordinate communication across various IPTs and ensure alignment with program office objectives.
  • Coordinate communication between the program office and critical stakeholders, ensuring transparent, timely, and accurate information sharing.
  • Provide expert guidance regarding program execution and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness.


Required Experience:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams on complex acquisition and product programs.


Required Education:



  • MA/MS degree in a relevant field, or A Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of additional work experience, or An Associate's Degree with four (4) years of additional work experience, or Six (6) years of additional work experience in a related role.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $77,083.55 to $127,060.8 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
