Are you passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams through impactful training?

Molnlycke is looking for a Learning Coordinator to lead the creation, delivery, and tracking of training programs that empower our workforce and ensure readiness in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

As a key Operations team member, you'll design and implement learning initiatives that align with our development philosophy and capability frameworks. This role plays a crucial part in building a culture of continuous learning while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like ISO, FDA, and OSHA.

What You'll Do:



  • Partner with managers to identify training needs and implement engaging, effective programs for both new and existing employees
  • Support and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accuracy in training records and documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training-supporting diverse learning styles
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content aligned with adult learning principles
  • Monitor training KPIs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all training aligns with quality and regulatory requirements and is audit-ready
  • Support the development of internal trainers and champion train-the-trainer initiatives
  • Participate in local and global projects related to new equipment or product implementation

What You'll Bring:



  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership, coaching, or training role (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners at all levels
  • Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and different learning styles
  • High energy, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, team-based mindset
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP and regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
