As a Product Design Supervisor on our fully remote Jack Henry Platform team, you'll have a unique opportunity to create something from scratch for a fortune 500 company-working on one of the largest projects in company history. You'll help build a unified, cloud-native back-office for financial institutions that will empower and delight by focusing on user-centric design principles.

This position can be worked remotely or from any Jack Henry office. The targeted salary range for this position is $96,000-$150,000 depending on skills, experience, and location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Balances their time between creating designs and providing direct supervision to other designers including goal setting and 1:1s.
  • Provides design feedback with a deep understanding of the problems being solved.
  • Communicates effectively across small, interdisciplinary teams to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborates with product management, business analysts, and engineering to establish requirements and drive progress within teams.
  • Identifies and assists in planning internal design projects.
  • Creates clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces with reusable patterns that follow our design system.
  • Confidently communicates the rationale of design decisions.
  • Creates protocols and prototypes for testing and analysis.
  • Rapidly iterates on design solutions based on feedback and technical needs.
  • Creates detailed specifications to guide development teams.
  • Ensures products meet high standards of usability and design excellence.
  • Remains current on UI/UX trends and technology including AI and LLMs.

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 years professional experience in UX and UI design with an emphasis on product design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX/UI and visual design.

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and constraints while designing thoughtful and detail-oriented solutions.
  • Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of best practices and design patterns for Enterprise web applications.
  • Exposure exercising leadership functions.
