Job Summary The Reliability Engineer is directly responsible for developing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies on the "enterprise" level. Along with other Engineering teams, the Reliability Engineer will pioneer processes to ensure World Class Maintenance at all US plants. The Reliability Engineer will be the authority on maintenance processes, including but not limited to Computerized Maintenance Management System, Predictive Maintenance, and Lean methodology. - Champion the deployment and administration of the CMMS - Maintenance Connection
- Define and establish key performance indicators for maintenance effectiveness, drive to
the plant level and develop reporting strategy. - Develop predictive maintenance initiatives of Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis, and
Infrared Surveys. Develop relationships with service providers and implement across all plants. - Review Predictive Maintenance analysis and develop internal diagnostics and reporting.
- Develop maintenance training for plant critical asset knowledge, maintenance
fundamentals, and Maintenance Connection. Research skill levels versus compensation. - Integrate Maintenance Connection with established departmental processes developed
by QA, Environmental, Safety, Accounting, and IT. - Provide leadership and support of Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Six Sigma,
Kaizen, and 5S. - Offer support for Root Cause Analysis of major equipment malfunctions and downtime. .
- Review reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving operations
and solving maintenance-related problems. - Tracks, analyzes, and improves key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization,
maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance environment with emphasis on reliability
- Minimum of 2 years experience with CMMS, such as Mainteannce Connection, MP2, Maximo, or eMaint.

- Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates time management skills.
- Able to speak, read, and write English.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to fax, copy and scan documents.

Work Environment Job functions will be carried out in an office or in a production environment. Travel requirement is 50% - 75%, nationwide.
