THE JOB:

Join the dynamic SHOW at MGM Springfield as a Surveillance Operator Supervisor, where you'll lead the daily operations of our surveillance department. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the surveillance team, ensuring a secure and compliant environment while utilizing advanced technology to monitor activities throughout the establishment. THE DAY-TO-DAY

• In this role, the individual is responsible for the vigilant monitoring of casino activities to identify and report any suspicious behavior or procedural inaccuracies, ensuring adherence to company policies and state regulations. This includes notifying appropriate management and regulatory bodies about violations or criminal acts, overseeing shift operations and scheduling, managing video surveillance, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating staff training to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Additionally, the supervisor will interpret documentation from surveillance operators, review reports for accuracy, and administer training and corrective measures as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in surveillance or table games in a casino/hotel environment
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
