THE JOB:

Join the excitement at MGM Springfield as a Surveillance Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes outstanding service for guests and employees alike. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a fair, safe, and secure atmosphere by upholding company policies, procedures, and relevant laws, creating accountability across the board.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• As a surveillance operator, your role encompasses the effective use of CCTV technology to monitor casino activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while actively identifying and documenting incidents such as theft and guest complaints.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience
