Our Sales team is at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver impactful business outcomes for our customers. What You'll Do: As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospects and customers reaching out to New Relic about their digital transformation journey. You will: - Manage inbound leads from email, phone, and Live Sales Chat within your assigned region. - Qualify prospective customers interested in New Relic solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. - Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles. - Align with account managers to progress business-ready opportunities and ensure a smooth handover for the customer. - Create qualified business leads to achieve a quarterly quota, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Master social selling and communication skills, actively using various tools including social media and web-based tools to engage with customers and prospects. - Achieve a high level of collaboration within the Sales Development team and with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document). Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
