Your opportunity As Senior Director Associate General Counsel, you will serve as New Relic's lead attorney for all corporate, securities and M&A legal work as well as take on other special projects. This role will be a primary legal business partner for New Relic's finance and corporate development teams, and will also engage with C-level executives, the Board of Directors, partners and customers - inside and outside of New Relic. New Relic is looking for a confident self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple corporate responsibilities and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. This role requires a cross-functional specialist who can cultivate alignment, optimize processes, and ensure the effective delivery against business goals. You must have the ability to devise, iterate and drive alignment on company strategies as well as the ability to dive into the details to ensure a high bar of execution as well as continuous progress. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
