In this role, you will:

  • Impact the company's talent strategy and growth trajectory and elevate the recruitment process to new heights.
  • Manage sourcing, vetting, and oversee administrative functions related to hiring.

  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's future.

  • Partner with educational institutions, boost our company's brand on social media, and collaborate with the Marketing team to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Work Experience and Attributes:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5-10 years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with Paylocity is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional computer proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding advanced English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Experience in the Maritime or Power Generation industries is highly preferred, though not required.
