THE JOB:

Asa Fitness Instructor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing personalized experiences for guests, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us.By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15 plus commission

THE SCHEDULE: Full Time

Fitness Center Hours:
Mon to Sun: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

ARIA Spa and Salon

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that the Fitness Center is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Provide individualized consultations and personal training sessions

• Lead engaging group fitness classes

• Maintain a working knowledge of all fitness center equipment

• Deliver exceptional service by greeting and assisting guests with questions regarding training rates, and use of fitness equipment

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and currently a Certified Fitness Instructor

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card

• Has prior experience leading group fitness classes and providing personal training
