Job Description:

As an Inspection and Packaging Intern (Associate) at Jubilant HollisterStier, you will assist with internal investigation tasks for deviations, action item projects, paperwork corrections, process improvement projects, and SOP updates.

Responsibilities:

1. Interview individuals to determine root cause of deviations
2. Review Avigilon footage and document findings.
3. Data entry
4. Data mining.
5. Build spreadsheets to track relevant data for the Packaging department.

Applicants should be/possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to attend meetings in-person or over Teams and relay findings from investigation tasks
• Good communication
• Good problem solving
• Resume and Cover Letter
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsoship is not available for this position.
• Available for a 12 week internship between May and September of 2025. We are unable to accommodate internships outisde of this time frame.
• This Internship is in person (Spokane) Therefore, candidates must relocate to team location in Spokane, Washington.

The hourly U.S. pay range for this position is: $18/hr-$21/hr
