Puller - Slabs & Bi-Folds

Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM plus overtime as needed.

Work Location: Kirkwood, NY

Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $21.00 + benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to Kirkwood and may not be applicable to other locations.

Overview

The Specials Slab Puller transports material to and from designated areas as assigned.

What you will do:

• Read and interpret tickets to build pallets of slabs
• Operate forklift to load and/or move materials
• Supply production areas with needed materials from inventory
• Supports the manufacturing process through inspection and aid to machine operators
• Coordinates and requests material transfers
• Inspect slabs for defects
• Route doors through manufacturing
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Lift and handle materials up to 50+ lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous work experience in a production environment, preferred
