We are working with our client in Irving to fill multiple positions for an IT Implementation Solutions Analyst as their team is growing. This position is located in Irving.

Overview:

A rapidly growing, nationwide distribution company is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Implementation Specialist
to join their IT Implementation and Adoption Team
in Irving, TX. This team has earned a stellar reputation for delivering smooth rollouts and high user adoption across enterprise systems-and their role continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on variety and impact-supporting everything from application rollouts and system testing
to training and project coordination, while working alongside product owners and cross-functional teams
throughout the organization.

Why This Role Stands Out:

This isn't just a deployment or support role. As part of a trusted innovation team, you'll be hands-on in driving real change, validating new technology through user acceptance testing (UAT), and influencing application adoption strategies across departments. Your knowledge of business operations and tech systems will make you a go-to expert across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate rollouts for new systems, acquisitions, and business units-including schedules, training events, communications, and onsite go-live support.
  • Collaborate with internal development, training, and support teams to align rollout activities with business needs.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and provide actionable feedback to development and product teams.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials, both in-person and remotely, to ensure user confidence and adoption.
  • Support pilot programs, application testing, and feedback loops for newly developed software initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with product owners in other departments, offering insights based on your operational knowledge and field experience.
  • Assist in cross-functional rollouts
and support the adoption of applications outside your immediate team.
  • Act as a change advocate-building trust with end-users, addressing concerns, and promoting new tools and processes effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT implementation, training, change management, or technical project coordination.
  • Proficient in analyzing business processes to align training and support with software solutions.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead meetings, train end-users, and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, plus solid skills in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with frequent domestic travel (up to 50% during implementations), including air travel and occasional weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs when supporting on-site activities.

If you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships, and turning new technology into business success, this is the role for you.

Apply today and be part of a forward-thinking team driving meaningful change across the organization!
