Description

Position Summary To provide quality customer service and assistance to members, clients and customers coming into the facility through the various entry ways. Essential Functions
Provide tours and offer information to guests, emphasizing membership sales and offering full product availability to customers to best meet their needs. Appropriately communicate information about all Kroc Center programs and membership options.
Oversee member & customer interactions as related to Protecting the Mission policies.
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 40lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experience
Computer experience is helpful. (preferred)
Must have command of the English language and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. (required) Must have or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within the first 90 days of employment. (required) Previous customer service and point-of-sale experience preferred. (preferred) Must be at least 16 years (work permit & parental consent required for employees under 18). (required) Skills
