Job Description

This is an important global leadership role, reporting to the SVP of Digital Services & Operational Intelligence (DSOI) within Client Services (CS). This individual will be responsible for partnering with the SVP on an accelerated Digital & Data Transformation plan to support CS 2030. He / she will also independently managing multiple global workstreams and projects and partnering with the SVP and DSOI VPs to drive critical strategic initiatives and mission-critical business operations. This leader will also be accountable for leaning in over the first 3 months and developing the FY26-27 plan, along with required team structuring to support DSOI and CS2030 needs.

Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

  • Accelerated Digital and Data Transformation to support CS 2030
  • Programmatic delivery across CS 2030 strategy initiatives; coe, digital, automation, and data focused roadmaps & delivery tracking
  • Design and delivery of progress updates and OKR performance reporting
  • Executive reporting and presentations
  • Financial planning and management
  • Deep partnership on executive reporting and presentations with DSOI VPs; delegate as needed

This leader is also expected to operate as an integrated partner across the Client Services Business Operations & Strategy community and will interact with senior executives on the CSLT.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go to thought-partner on all digital and data transformation needs to support CS2030, including high-priority strategic issues and projects (coe, digital, data, automation)
  • Design and delivery updated roadmaps and delivery tracking across all initiatives and solutioning levers
  • Expand current technology working model from Digitization into Data and drive monthly / quarterly technology processes
  • In partnership with BI & Analytics team, drive development of specific metrics and targets and stakeholder socialization
  • Lead OKR reporting for DSOI - adapting tone, level of detail and presentation structure / format based on audience (for example, QBR vs Monthly Pack)
  • Establish, maintain, and continually enhance governance around OKRs and steer organization to prioritize on the highest value-add activities
  • In partnership with Finance, support SVP with development of budget for CS DSOI team, as well as sub-team budgets, providing strategic support on investment prioritization and allocation.
  • Monitor financial performance and outlook (headcount, profees and travel), develop plan to course-correct / seek additional investment etc.
  • Partner with SVP and VPs to plan and coordinate LT offsites
  • Own and deliver CS response to quarterly SEC reporting requests from Controllership
  • Support SVP and VP with review and analysis of Employee Engagement results
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across DSOI and partner with individual team and other CS partners as needed to explore and deliver solutions
  • As needed, serve as delegate for VPs across all areas of responsibility, and in all forums / meetings

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in business operations, digital transformation, strategy, and planning roles
  • Strong digitization and automation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid business judgment
  • Solid experience translating loose (often nebulous) thoughts into tactical plans and delivery roadmaps
  • Proven ability to formulate strategy, and demonstrated critical thinking and ability to operationalize strategy
  • Strong teamwork, ability to work effectively across functions, levels and locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong executive presentation skills and presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 170,000 to 312,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
