Location: Menomonee Falls, Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and experienced Skid Loader Operator to join our concrete crew. The operator will assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup related to concrete pouring and finishing projects. This role is essential in supporting efficient concrete operations on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Job will start 4/16/2025 and is anticipated to be a 1-2 day job. Key Responsibilities: Operate skid loader to move and stage concrete materials (rebar, forms, gravel, etc.) on job sites. Prepare subgrade areas by grading and leveling according to plans and elevation specs. Assist with backfilling, demolition, and cleanup related to concrete pours. Transport and load tools, forms, and finishing equipment as needed. Work closely with concrete finishers and laborers to maintain workflow and support during pours. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the skid loader to ensure safety and functionality. Follow all job site safety protocols and wear required PPE. Qualifications: Prior experience operating a skid loader, preferably in a concrete or construction setting. Working knowledge of grading, subgrade prep, and safe equipment operation. Ability to read site plans and elevation marks (a plus). Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. Valid driver's license Preferred Skills: Experience with attachments like buckets, forks, and grading implements. Familiarity with concrete tools, forms, and pouring procedures. OSHA 10 or other safety certifications. Ability to assist with general labor tasks when not operating equipment.
